Currys Parcel Not Delivered or Refund Refused? UK Guide
Currys uses its own delivery service for large white goods and third parties for smaller items. CRA 2015 applies in full.
Who delivers your Currys order?
Currys typically uses: Currys in-house delivery, DPD, ArrowXL. The exact courier varies by region, order size, and delivery option.
Whichever courier handled your parcel, your contract is with Currys, not the courier. Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 puts the obligation on Currys to deliver into your physical possession.

Currys delivery FAQs
Is Currys legally responsible for a missing parcel?
Yes. Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer (Currys) is responsible for the goods until you take physical possession. Currys cannot redirect you to the courier because your contract is with Currys, not the courier.
How long does Currys have to refund me?
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, refunds are due within 14 days of cancellation. For damaged goods, a short-term right to reject and full refund applies within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Currys delivered a faulty TV — what are my rights?
Section 9 and Section 20 CRA 2015 give you 30 days to reject for a full refund. After that, repair or replacement applies.
What if Currys' driver says they delivered but I didn't sign?
Without a signature or photo of you accepting it, that's not proof of physical possession. Quote Section 29 CRA 2015.
Currys 'Care+' protection — does it replace CRA 2015?
No. Care+ is an add-on warranty; statutory rights apply alongside it. Don't pay extra for what CRA 2015 already gives you.
